Hever Lodge farm, also known as Hever Stud Farm and Hever Hotel and Golf Club.
Hever Stud farm, Hever , Grade II (1)
The American William Waldorf Astor bought Hever Castle and land in 1903 and set out with his architect J L Pearson to create a Tudor style Village beside the castle. In addition, he built Home Farm and Dairy in the same style. (2)
