Full Description
The building is visible on the 3rd (1907-1923) and 4th (1929-152) ed. OS maps. It was opened 7/10/1903, being closed in 1971 and demolished in 1984 to make way for housing. The library was sponsored by the American philantropist Andrew Carnegie.
