Full Description
Site of Music Hall/Assembly Rooms/Theatre, Horsebridge Road, Whitstable as shown on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Edition O/S maps. The Assembly Rooms Theatre was built in 1868and opened as a Music Hall.It continued as an entertainments centre until 1987 when it was used as a community support centre. It was then demolished and the Horsebridge Arts & Entertainments centre was built on the site, which opened in 2004.
