Ex: ALMARGO. Presumed to have been lost at the mouth of the River Thames due to enemy action. The manner in which she was lost is reported variously as by mine, laid by the German submarine UC-16 in the Downs, English Channel (1-3) and by torpedo. Construction: Machinery by NE. Marine Eng.
