Full Description

An air raid shelter of Second World War date was visible as a structure in RAF/58/643 Vp2 5059 20-APR-1951. It was recorded as a demolished structure on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. It stood on the south side of Reading Street and immediately west of Trinity Square. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
