Full Description
A round barrow of Bronze Age date was visible as a cropmark in RAF/58/619 Vp1 5133 11-APR-1951. The feature was recorded as a destroyed monument on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. Five small pits within the north-eastern arc of the barrow mound, possibly indicating the location of graves, were also visible as cropmarks. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
