Full Description

The transient remains of Second World War anti-invasion obstructions placed on the slipway on the NE side of Ramsgate harbour (at TR 3856 6472 )visible on aerial photographs taken in 1942. The features appeared as a large trianglular structure pointing down the slipway above High Water Mark with further linear obstructions placed patallel to each other at intervals the slipway. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England: Ramsgate HAZ project. (1)
