Full Description

The cropmark and slight earthwork remains of a former quarry pit seen at TR 3625 6568 on RAF aerial photographs taken in 1946 prior to being infilled and built upon. This site was mapped from historic aerial photographs as part of the Historic England Ramsgate HAZ survey.The pit was sub-circular and measured approximately 60m in diameter.(1)
