Second World War coastal defences at Ramsgate in the form of two parallel lines of barbed wire at TR 3891 6520 across Granville Marina and Marina Esplande perpendicular to the beach which were visible on aerial photographs taken in 1941 and mapped as part of the Historic England: Ramsgate HAZ project.(1)
