A possible large reinforced Second World War pillbox (Type 28a) located at TR 3895 6522 at the top of steps from the beach on Marina Esplande, part of the coast defences at Ramsgate visible on aerial photographs taken in 1941. Thiswas mapped as part of the Historic England: Ramsgate HAZ project. (1)
