Summary

Remains of hulked craft of unidentified date, possibly of late 19th to early 20th century origin, and constructed of wood, on the south side of Elmley Ferry. One of a pair of vessels lying side by side and bows on to the shore. This one appears to be decked with some superstructure, but it is difficult to distinguish features. In 1961 they were not covered by the tide and may have been floating (KCC 1961 Line 10: 2299). This one can also be seen on the 1967 survey. (2)

13-OCT-2005: EUT position 5121.721N 0046.653E. Length 35m, bows NE, charted in -4m. (3)

Seen to be located on the south shore of Elmley Ferry immediately north of a drain and in the inter-tidal zone. (4)

Seen to be constructed of wood. Substantially intact along the length of the hull but sides well broken and hull is full of debris. (5)

Seen to be the westernmost of a pair of wrecks (the other is 1025226), and more substantially intact than the eastern wreck. (6)
