11 sherds of medieval pottery dating to the 14th and 15th centuries were recovered from Hoplands Farm, Hersden, near Canterbury during an excavation in 2018. The presence of the pottery sherds is potentially indicative of intermittent agricultural activity at the site during this period. (1)
