Full Description

Two east-facing rock shelters identified at Denny Bottom situated at the northern end of a bluff of rocks. The deppsits are much disturbed, and no finds are reported, but they share similar locational characteristics with other utilised shelters in the area, such as Rocks Wood (TQ 53 NW 42). Mesolithic flints have been found in the immediate vicinity (TQ 53 NE 5). According to James Money, the area "includes the well-known Toad Rocks".
