'The like [commission of oyer and terminer] to Stephen de Pencestre touching the persons who carried away certain wreck, to wit, timber, iron, cloth and other goods, seized by the bailiffs and officers of the prior of Christchurch, Canterbury, in the demesne land of the prior of Lyde [Lydd]; the same prior claiming wreck in all his demesne lands by charters of former kings of England...'
