'Peter Heliott was indicted for conspriring otgether with Simeon Wall, to sink a vessel, called the FELICITY, on the high seas, with intention to defraud the insurers of several sums of moneu to the amount of 1660l. July 9.' (3)
'John Haguerone. Upon her arriving in Dover...the captain ordered me down to the cabin...he told me I must help him to make a gole to sink the ship..' (3)
'Haguerone. Champion was the last man that staid on board our ship; the ship disappeated in about three house and a half after, whether she sunk or drove out of our site I cannot tell.' (3)
