Full Description

Stables to the Marsh Gunpowder Works, constructed by 1920 and shown on a plan of the works by Nobels Explosives Co. Ltd in 1920 as building 105. A survey as part of the RCHME Faversham's Explosives Project in 1991, found the building had been demolished. The brick footings and floor were visible and defined a rectangular area 20.6 metres by 5.5 metres. The positions of the stalls could also be seen. (1-2)
