Base stone from an incorporating mill recorded at Marsh Gunpowder Works during the RCHME Faversham's Explosives Industry Project in 1991. The stone was situated close to a building in use as a scouts' headquarters. It was 2.3 metres in diameter and 0.5 metres in depth and was in use as a flag pole base.

Full Description

Base stone from an incorporating mill recorded at Marsh Gunpowder Works during the RCHME Faversham's Explosives Industry Project in 1991 (RCHME ground photography negative reference 164/K/24). The stone was situated close to a building in use as a scouts' headquarters. It was 2.3 metres in diameter and 0.5 metres in depth and was being in use as a flag pole base. (1)
