Full Description
Maidstone Museum has a Saxon axe and spearheads said to be from an inhumation found near Chapel Farm. The latter cannot be located but may be near the chapel site near St Margaret's Farm. Alternatively, they may have come from either of the the inhumation cemeteries, TQ 56 NE 6 or 8. (1,3)
Chapel Farm is now believed to be opposite the Jolly Miller's pub. (2)
