Full Description

Former Fire Station, Rye Road, Hawkhurst as shown on the 4th Edition O/S map. The building is now used as a Library as shown on the current O/S map.
However, it would appear that there was an earlier Fire Station behind the Almshouses on the opposite side of the road, as shown on the 3rd Edition O/S map.
