Building record TQ 54 NE 428 - Village Hall, Riding Lane, Hildenborough

Village Hall, Riding Lane, Hildenborough as shown on the 3rd and 4th Edition O/S maps. The first building was opened in 1902 to be used as a Drill Hall. This building was extended in 1923 before being transferred to the Parish Council in 1949. By 1968 it was deemed necessary to expand the facilities and a new Hall was erected. This building has also undergone expansion and improvement as shown on the current O/S map.
