Additional photograph (2). The initial recording date in a well-known and used river, suggests that the vessel may have been abandoned some time, but not particularly long before, 1962, but this is not necessarily conclusive. This vessel is not, apparently, recorded in "The Last Berth of the Sailorman", but is likely to share the profile of other sailing vessels dating from the late 19th century, recorded in that source as being hulked or burnt and abandoned in the mid 20th century. This is not, however, conclusive, either in terms of vessel type or of place of loss. (3)
