Full Description
(TQ 6808 4076) Probable pen pond built to supply the main furnace pond for Horsmonden Furnace TQ 64 SE 4 (in operation 1574-1699). The pond still retains water.The dam is up to 4m high and virtually intact, with a spillway channel at its southern end. (1)
