Full Description
Site of a Second World War heavy anti aircraft battery on the Isle of Grain. It was listed as unarmed in 1942. (1)
No trace could be seen on aerial photographs dating from 1945 when the area was surveyed as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsual Landscape Project. This suggest that the site had been removed by then. (2)
