Summary
Site of light anti aircraft (Diver) battery at Biddenden which was occupied from 25th June 1944. This had been part of the second deployment of anti aircraft equipment to the Kentish Gun Belt. Each battery consisted of two 40mm light anti aircraft guns deployed to sites which already had adequate troop accommodation. It was manned by 129 Regiment of 102 Brigade.
