Summary

A series of three post-medieval quarries are visible on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd OS maps near Gresham House in Hythe. Quarry backfill was identified at one of the quarry sites during an evaluation carried out at Gresham house in 2015.

A series of three post-medieval quarries are visible on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd OS maps near Gresham House in Hythe. Quarry backfill was identified at one of the quarry sites during an evaluation carried out at Gresham house in 2015. (1, 2, 3)
