Monument record TQ 45 SW 260 - Corn mill, Westerham

A corn mill is visible on the Heritage Tithe Maps and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th edition OS maps at Westerham. The mill is marked as 'disused' from the 2nd OS map onwards, suggesting that it went out of use at some time between the creation of the 1st edition map (1862-1875) and the 2nd OS map (1897-1900). The mill is associated with a large pond (TQ 45 SW 250) to the south which may have functioned as a mill pond. (1, 2, 3, 4)
