This site appears to share its location with a Second World War heavy anti aircraft battery at White Hall Farm (NMR Monument:1473621) in use from 1942 to 1946. This also had a GL Radar and was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. This site was noted to have three phases of gun emplacement development with two separate groups of four guns and additional larger guns added to north and NE edge of the western group. It is possible that the features described above are a combined sites which evolved through the war, recorded separately in the wartime records (2)
