Site of a Second World War heavy anti aircraft (Diver) Battery in the Diver Box in the Minster Marshes. It was armed with eight 3.7-inch Mark IIc guns, and was occupied from July 26th 1944, when it was manned by 115 Anti Aircraft Artillery Regiment. At a later date it was redeployed to TQ944711. It formed part of 28 Anti Aircraft Artillery Brigade.
