Summary

Site of a Second World War light anti aircraft (Diver) battery in the Diver Box at Warden Point. It was armed with eight 20mm guns on 28th August 1944, when it was manned by 2765 RAF Regiment. The site has suffered badly from erosion and is no longer extant. The battery was also deployed at TR030935 on 28th August 1944.
