Full Description
Documented site of a Pulhamite fernery at Court Lodge, Lamberhurst. In 1868 James Pulham II (1820-1898) and James Pulham III (1845-1920) were commissioned by William Courtney Morland to install a fernery. It is not certain whether the feature still survives. The site is included in the national Pulham database (ID number 63) and subsequently published in the gazetteer. (1)
