Summary
A possible Second World War bomb crater visible as an earthwork within a large low-lying field on Higham Marshes. This was first seen on RAF aerial photographs taken in 1947, and still visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken in 1953. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.

Full Description
A possible Second World War bomb crater visible as an earthwork TQ 7112 7526 within a large low-lying field on Higham Marshes. This was first seen on RAF aerial photographs taken in 1947, and still visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken in 1953. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. (1)
