Full Description
The position of a Second World War observation post, utilising the exsisting post medieval Martello Tower No. 25 (Monument Number 463767). Heavy steel girders were inserted to carry the necessary structure. The observation post is visible on aerial photographs and has been mapped as part of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey NMP. The post uses half of the circular tower to look out towards sea. (1-3)
