Summary

Full Description
The earthworks of two Second World War bomb craters are visible on an aerial photograph taken in 1947. These two closely spaced craters were situated on Halstow Marshes at TQ 7733 7803 and TQ 7738 7801 but have since been levelled. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. (1-2)
