Summary
The remains of an unidentified wooden hulk of uncertain date seen resting to the east of the concrete remains of a Second World War Maunsell fort in the mud to the west of Higham Creek. The wreck, though incomplete, measures at least 18.5m long and 4m wide. These remains were mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
