Vertical Datum: LAT 05-OCT-1947 After dispersal clear depth 71ft, surrounding sea bed varies from 12 to 13 fathoms failed to reveal any large remains of wreck although in position of least depth there are small peaks and definite signs of scouring. 08-NOV-1961 Depth 51ft in 71ft, scour 79ft 12-DEC-1977 in 51 02 56N, 001 15 46E Depth 15.9m in general depth 22m, scour 23.5m. height 5.9m. length 41m. lying 104/284 deg. 08-AUG-1982 Identified as South Folkestone Lightvessel, lying on side, with hull intact, except for some holes, lamp missing. Generally still in good condition.
