Vertical Datum: LAT Sunk by drifters in Dover (2). 09-FEB-78 Wreck 15.4m located in 51 03 41N, 001 14 14E, depth 6.8 in general depth 22m. 19-OCT-1977 in 51 03 41N, 001 14 14E Depth 15.4 in a general depth 22m, no scour, height 6.8m, length 55m. Appears to be in two halves lying close together 020/200deg. 08-AUG-1982 After extensive exploration believe this wreck to be UB109. Stands upright some 7m above seabed, with last 7m of stern missing. More likely to be UB31. 06-AUG-1983 Lies in two parts, about 30ft apart, stern half, with conning tower lies to east, across the tide. Gun is mounted aft of conning tower and periscope is protruding about 12ft.

(Der krieg zur see). 07-Nov-1961 depth 61ft in general depth 74ft 18-OCT-1977 IN 51 02 03N, 001 10 17E Depth 17.3m in general depth 22m, scour 23m, height 5.3m. length 41m. lying 155/335deg. 24-JUN-1986 Dived on in 1985. Wreck of submarine, lying with list to port. Mostly intact but with large hole in hull forward of gun, which is forward of conning tower. Believed to be wreck of UB31.
