Summary

The earthwork of a possible Second World War bomb crater is visible on an aerial photograph taken in 1946. This crater was situated on Hoo Marshes, an area to the east of Kingsnorth power station's coal plant and oil storage. This crater, which no longer survives, was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.

The earthwork of a possible Second World War bomb crater is visible on an aerial photograph taken in 1946. This crater was situated on Hoo Marshes at TQ 8188 7235, an area to the east of Kingsnorth power station's coal plant and oil storage. This crater, which no longer survives, was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.(1-2)
