Full Description

Vertical Datum: LAT 24-JUL-1940 Wreck not considered to be dangerous to navigation, 115deg 2 miles from South Foreland Light. 01-MAR-1961 Depths 66ft and 72ft, located approximately 2.5 cables SW of charted position. 08-SEP-1977 Wreck in 3 sections, partially upright and part lying on port side. Approximately 120ft long three cylinders, 8-10ft long, 3.5ft diameter have been found approximately 200yds SW of wreck. Badly corroded, vented at end with 3 lifting points attached. Thought possibly to be "block buster" bombs. 26-APR-1978 In 51 07 18N, 001 24 52E Depth 21.1 in a general depth 25m. Scour 26m. Height 4.8m, lying NW/SE and apparently fragmented. Charted as wreck 20m.
