Summary

A small group of post medieval pounds are depicted on the 1864 Ordnance Survey map. They were situated on Smithfield Marshes, next to the White Pilot Beacon. They had been demolished by 1896. This site was identified as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.

A small group of post medieval pounds are depicted on the 1864 Ordnance Survey map. They were situated on Smithfield Marshes, next to the White Pilot Beacon and centred on TQ 8904 7539.
