Summary
A group of earthwork banks of uncertain date are situated on Cooling Marshes and visible on lidar taken in 2007. This group of earthworks is situated on the western edge of the parish. This feature is not marked on any pre-Second World War Ordnance Survey maps but can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1947. This shows two water filled depressions either side of the central bank. . These were mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.

This feature is not marked on any pre-Second World War Ordnance Survey maps but can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1947.
