Full Description
Bond of Michael Burnley and Jacob Braens of Dover under penalty of 500, to indemnify Lord Zouch for delivery to them on behalf of his owner of the cargo of the bark JOHANNE, belonging to Mondey Beaucis a French merchant wrecked upon the Goodwin Sands.(1) Certificate that Mandy Beaucis, French merchant has recived from the officers of the Cinque Ports his bark, the JOHANNE of Bordeaux, cast away near the Downs and a portion of the cargo, having paid 6 to Lord Zouch as compensation for the best cable and anchour which belong to him as royality.(2) Date of Loss: R
