Full Description
Recognition by Robert Fleming of Dover, master and part owner of the PHOENIX wrecked upon the Goodwin Sands, that his bark by "this casualty doth absolutely belong and appertain as a wreck to Lord Zouch is right of the royalty due unto him as Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports."(1) Bond of John Blackney of Dregheda and Hon Tookey of London under penalty of 1,000 to indemnify Lord Zouch for restoring to Blackney certain goods recovered from a wreck within his jurisdiction.(2) Warrent from Lord Zouch to Thos Fulnetby to deliver the goods saved from the PHEONIX of Dover lately wrecked on the Goodwin Sands to John Blackney one of the owners.(2) Master: Robert Fleming, Dover Owners: Robert Fleming, John Blackney Date of Loss: R
