Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: SWS The RESTANGO was built 1913 and requisitioned from trustees of the late Sir G F Sleight in June 1940. Sank after fouling Medway Boom. 20-JUN-1945 Position 51 28 19N 000 49 48E. Clear at 16ft, foul at 17ft. 19-JUL-1945 Drift sweep and echosounder after dispersal. Clear at 45ft, foul at 46ft, position 51 28 19N 000 49 48E. 04-DEC-1946 Clear at 43ft, foul at 48ft. Least water 45ft, not located by echosounder, position 51 28 22N 000 49 43E. 12-SEP-1967 Dispersed by Admiralty to 45ft, in 1945, in Great Nore 1.5C N of Medway approach channel between no 1 and 3 buoys. Located during routine surveys. 27-MAY-1968 Charted as wreck 7fms 2ft. 16-DEC-1992 Shown as wreck 13.7m in 51 28 17N 000 49 48.5E on Port of Sheerness Ltd MAT-SEP'92 [MPA 1000/1]. (1)
