Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: SWS The SLESVIG sunk after a collision with CORMORANT in 1917. 02-JUL-1956 Lucas sweep, cleared at 36ft foul at 37ft surrounding depth 39-41ft seabed sand no echosounder trace of wreckage could be found position 51 30 11.5N 001 21 37E. 15-MAR-1962 Searched for not found. 27-MAY-1964 Not found by echo sounder or a/s. 25-JAN-1967 New position least echosounder 37ft. 28-JAN-1970 Drift sweeping wreck cleared at 10.3m (5Fms 4ft), fouled at 10.5m. Least depth over wreck by echo 10.7m. General depth of seabed by echo 11.2m-11.6m. Scour 12m seabed sloping. Fixed in position 51 30 05.5N 001 21 30E. 13-NOV-1974 Fixed in position 51 30 06N 001 21 30E. Drift sweep by a single vessel wreck clear at 10.4m, wreck foul at 10.7m. General depth of the sea bed by echo 11.8m. Depth of the scour by echo 12m. Least depth over the wreck by echo 10.8m. This is a small wreck and difficult to find as there is very little scour.
