Full Description
[TQ 618536] 13th century lead seal matrix found during November 1979 on the surface of a field of Broadfield Farm lying below Old Soar Manor. The finder was Mr Dennis Apps, the farm manager. The seal is inscribed: S' RICI '. F'. SYMON' (Seal of Richard Son of Symon). (1)
