Full Description
The FULMAR was mined in 1916, 1 life lost. 27-NOV-1970 Searched for by sonar with echosounder running but no likely contacts found. Not found during area sonar sweep. 08-DEC-1970 Closer examination. Lines ran N/S 800ft apart in general, good sonar search runs then made from NW, SW, NE on position and area search in NW/SE direction covering area 1.5 miles sq about charted position.
