Full Description
U Boat thought to have been sunk. 05-JAN-1971 Classified as possible wreck located close NE. Side scan sonar search at 700ft spacing with 900ft performance showed no wreck but bottom of varying texture and small ridges which could account for sonar contact. Existence doubtful.
