Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: SWS 01-JUL-1959 Two masts always visible. 09-NOV-1965 Two ship drift sweep. Clear at 1ft, foul at 4ft. Least echo sounder depth 11ft in 36ft. Scour 51ft. Seabed sand. 02-FEB-1971 Position 51 15 03.0N, 001 29 18.0E. Least echo sounder depth 1.9m in general depth 12m. Scour 16m. Sloping seabed. Wreck Lies on edge of bank. Good sonar contact - easily found. 19-NOV-1980 Examined in 51 15 03.0N, 001 29 17.0E. Swept clear at 1.4, foul at 1.7m. Least echosounder depth 1.5m in general depth 7 to 10m. Scour 15 to 16m on both sides. Side scan sonar height not obtained. Length 150m, beam 20m. Lying 065/245 degrees. Reasonably intact and causing massive surface disturbance. 08-APR-1981 Least echosounder depth 2.6m. Otherwise nothing changed. Retain 1980 swept depth. 12-SEP-1984 The general condition of this wreck has changed dramatically over the past 5 years (East Kent Maritime Trust, 23- JUL-1984). 12-JUL-1986 Examined in 51 15 03.0N, 001 29 17.0E. Least echosounder depth 3.0 in general depths 8.5 to 15m. Scour depth 16.7m. Wreck apparently intact with build-up of sand to S of wreck and scour to N. 22-JUN-1991 Examined in 51 15 02.9N, 001 29 16.6E. Swept clear at 1.9, foul at 2.1m. Least echosounder depth 2.25 in general depth 12m. Scour depth 16m. Large wreck lying 069/249 degrees.
