Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: ES The RYDAL FORCE, carrying 1250 tons of coal, was mined in 1940. 25-JUN-1959 Wreck dispersed to within 1ft of seabed. 16-FEB-1961 Drift sweep - clear at 30, foul at 31ft. Least echosounder depth 38ft. Scour depth 42ft. Area 1.5 cables around charted position examined. Only one piece wreckage located in scour about 150 yards S of charted position. 30-JAN-1974 Examined in 51 19 01.0N, 001 30 58.0E. Least echosounder depth 11 in general depth 11m. Scour depth 12.5m. Undulating seabed. Very small wreck in a trough. 02-JUL-1991 Examined in 51 19 01.6N, 001 30 58.1E. Least echosounder depth 8.9 in general depth 9.0m. Scour depth 10.3m. No sonar shadow. Wreck only just shows above general seabed level.
