Full Description

Vertical Datum: LAT UB12 sank during minelaying operation - thought to have been sunk by one of its own mines, 1918. 25-MAR-1976 Sank in 51 20 00.0N, 001 30 00.0E, approximately (R A Lee, 28-JAN-1976). 05-APR-1979 Not found during extensive search. 10-JUL-1986 Small object located protruding from edge of sandbank in 51 20 04.0N, 001 30 05.0E. Least echosounder depth 6.1 in general depth 5.5 to 9.5m. No scour. Gave large magnetic deflection. Poor sonar contact.(1)
